1. Agreement
By accessing the Nova Vision website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. Nova Vision Eyewear (Pty) Ltd is a company registered in the Republic of South Africa.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 15%. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Product images are representative; slight variations in colour and finish may occur.
3. Prescription Frames
Prescription frames require a valid prescription from a registered optometrist when fitted with corrective lenses in our boutique. Nova Vision reserves the right to verify prescriptions before processing. We are not liable for orders placed with incorrect prescription information supplied by the customer.
4. Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed once payment is received or EFT proof is verified. We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFT, and SnapScan. Custom lens orders may require 7–14 business days for production.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the specified address.
6. Returns and Exchanges

7. Warranty
Frames carry a 24-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and improper care are excluded.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Nova Vision's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Western Cape.
