Nova Vision delivers to all nine provinces of South Africa via our trusted courier partners. All orders are fully insured during transit.
Shipping Rates
- Orders over R 2,500 — Complimentary standard delivery
- Orders under R 2,500 — R 149 flat rate nationwide
- Express delivery — R 249 (major metros only: Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Port Elizabeth)
Delivery Times
- Ready-to-ship frames: 2–5 business days
- Frames with in-boutique fitting: collect within 24 hours of adjustment
- Express orders: Next business day (order before 12:00 SAST)
Delivery times are estimates and exclude public holidays. Remote areas may require an additional 1–2 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email and SMS with a tracking number. Track your parcel via our courier partner's website or contact us for assistance.
Boutique Collection
Prefer to collect in person? Select "Collect from Boutique" at checkout (available at Cape Town and Sandton locations). Orders are typically ready within 24 hours for in-stock items.

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and product, and contact us within 48 hours at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
