Our Promise
Your satisfaction is paramount. If you're not completely happy with your Nova Vision purchase, we're here to help — within the terms outlined below and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
30-Day Exchange Policy — Frames
Optical frames may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, case, and accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Prescription Fitting
Frames purchased with a prescription fitted in our boutique are adjusted at no extra charge. If you experience discomfort after fitting, contact us within 60 days — we offer complimentary adjustments at any Nova Vision location.
Defective Products
Products with manufacturing defects are covered under warranty. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and photographs of the defect.
How to Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Receive your Return Authorisation (RA) number within 1 business day
- Pack items securely and include the RA number
- Ship to: Nova Vision Returns, 42 Kloof Street, Gardens, Cape Town, 8001
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. EFT refunds require bank details confirmation.
